This Return and Refund Policy applies to landscape design services provided by Crizelonmroz. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Service Nature

Landscape design services are custom, professional services tailored to each client's specific needs and property. As such, these services are considered non-returnable once work has commenced.

Design Services

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Design Projects

Design project fees are structured based on project scope and deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed:

Before work begins: Full refund available if cancellation occurs before any design work has commenced
After initial consultation: Partial refund may be available, minus consultation fees and any completed work
After design delivery: No refund available once final design documents have been delivered

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel design projects at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Project Stage	Cancellation Fee
Before work begins	No fee
After consultation, before design	Consultation fee + 25% of project fee
After design development begins	Consultation fee + 50% of project fee
After design delivery	Full project fee

Revision Policy

Design packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees.

Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@crizelonmroz.world
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount

Disputes and Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of our services or deliverables, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring client satisfaction. We will work with you to address concerns and find an appropriate solution.

Force Majeure

Crizelonmroz is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or government restrictions.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
